Managing Files
Uploading Files
To upload files to the File Manager:
- Click the Upload button at the top of the page
- Select files from your computer (or drag and drop them into the upload area)
- Files are uploaded and appear in the current folder
You can upload multiple files at once.
tip
Use descriptive file names so you can easily find files later. For example, "summer-sale-banner.jpg" is better than "IMG_20240101.jpg".
Creating Folders
To organize your files into folders:
- Click the New Folder button
- Enter a folder name
- Click Create
You can create folders inside other folders for a hierarchical structure.
Navigating Folders
- Click a folder name to open it and see its contents
- Use the breadcrumb trail at the top to navigate back to parent folders
- Click Home to return to the root folder
File Actions
Click the action menu (three dots) on any file to see available actions:

| Preview | View the file (images, videos, PDFs) |
| Download | Download the file to your computer |
| Rename | Change the file name |
| Move | Move the file to a different folder |
| Delete | Permanently delete the file |
Using Files in Messages
When composing messages across EzPulze (in Chat, Compose Message, or templates), you can:
- Click the attachment or media button
- The File Manager opens as a picker
- Browse or search for the file you need
- Select the file to attach it to your message
This saves you from uploading the same file repeatedly — just upload once to the File Manager and reuse it everywhere.
Tips
- Organize by purpose — Create folders like "Templates", "Campaigns", "Product Images"
- Use meaningful names — Makes it easier to find files when attaching to messages
- Clean up regularly — Delete files you no longer need to keep the library manageable
- Check file sizes — Make sure files meet the platform size limits before using them in messages
