What is Ads/Posts?

Ads/Posts lets you view, manage, and interact with your Facebook and Instagram posts, ad campaigns, and lead forms directly from EzPulze. Instead of switching between multiple platforms, you can monitor all your social media content, track engagement, and respond to comments — all in one place.

Supported Platforms

Platform	What you can do
Facebook	View posts, sync from Facebook, track likes/comments/shares, reply to comments
Instagram	View posts, sync from Instagram, track likes/comments, reply to comments

How to get there

1. Log in to the portal
2. In the left sidebar, click Ads/Posts
3. Select the feature you want to work with (Facebook, Instagram, Ad Campaigns, Lead Forms, Comments)

Before you begin

You need at least one connected Facebook Page or Instagram Business Account to use Social Posts. Connect your pages in Channel Configuration.
