Instagram Posts
The Instagram Posts page shows all posts from your connected Instagram Business accounts in a responsive card grid. The layout and features are similar to Facebook Posts, with a few platform-specific differences.
Summary cards
At the top of the page, four summary cards give you a quick overview:
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Total Posts | Number of posts synced from your Instagram accounts |
| Total Likes | Total likes across all posts |
| Total Comments | Total comments across all posts |
| Engagement | Total engagement (likes + comments combined) |
A "Last synced" timestamp shows when your posts were last synced from Instagram.

Syncing posts
To bring your latest posts into EzPulze:
- Click the Sync Now button at the top of the page
- EzPulze fetches the latest posts from your connected Instagram accounts
- New posts appear in the grid, and existing posts are updated with the latest engagement metrics
Agent assignment
Admins can assign agents to specific Instagram accounts — same as Facebook agent assignment.
Post detail
Click View Details on any post card to open the full post detail page. The detail page shows the same engagement analytics and comment management as Facebook posts, except:
- No shares metric (Instagram does not track shares)
- Permalink opens the post on Instagram instead of Facebook
