What is the File Manager?
The File Manager is your centralized media library for all files used across EzPulze. Upload, organize, and manage images, videos, documents, and audio files in one place — then use them in templates, chat messages, and campaigns.
Why use the File Manager?

How to get there
- Log in to the portal
- In the left sidebar, click File Manager

File size limits are enforced by the messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook). Files that exceed the limit cannot be sent as messages.
