Commerce
The Commerce section lets you connect your WhatsApp product catalog, manage products and collections, and track customer orders — all from within EzPulze.
When customers browse your catalog on WhatsApp, add products to their cart, and place orders, everything flows into EzPulze where you can manage the entire commerce lifecycle.

- You connect your WhatsApp Business catalog to EzPulze (one-time setup)
- Customers can browse your products directly inside WhatsApp
- When a customer places an order, it appears in the Orders page
- You can update order status, view order details, and continue the conversation with the customer
- Optionally, use Chatbot Flows with the Order Received trigger to automate order confirmations

Prerequisites
Before using the Commerce features, you need:
- A WhatsApp Business Account with a connected phone number
- A Facebook Commerce catalog linked to your WhatsApp Business Account
- Products added to your Facebook catalog (or you can add them directly in EzPulze)

If you haven't set up your catalog yet, start with the Settings page to connect your WhatsApp catalog to EzPulze.
