Lead Qualification

The Lead Qualification report shows how your leads are progressing through the pipeline — how many are new, pending, qualified, converted, or lost. The data is grouped by month, and you can drill down to see individual lead details.

1. Go to Reports → Lead Analytics → Lead Qualification
2. Select the current year
3. Capture the stats cards and the monthly table

Summary cards

Six cards summarize your lead pipeline for the selected year:

Total LeadsTotal number of leads
NewLeads that haven't been worked on yet
PendingLeads being actively worked on
QualifiedLeads that passed qualification criteria
ConvertedLeads that became customers
LostLeads that were lost or disqualified

Monthly table

ColumnDescription
MonthMonth name (e.g., "January 2025")
Total LeadsTotal leads for the month
NewNew leads created that month
PendingLeads in pending status
QualifiedQualified leads
Qualified %Qualified as a percentage of total
ConvertedConverted leads
Converted %Converted as a percentage of total
LostLost leads

All columns are sortable. Click any month to drill down to individual leads.


Monthly detail view

Click a month to see individual lead details for that month.

CampaignThe campaign or source that generated the lead
Lead DateWhen the lead was created
StatusCurrent lead status (displayed as a colored chip)

Filters

Click Apply to update the report, or Reset to return to defaults.


Export

Click the Export button to download the report as an Excel file.


Tips

  • Track conversion rate trends — Watch the Converted % column month over month to see if your conversion rate is improving
  • Identify bottlenecks — If many leads are stuck in "Pending", your team may need to speed up qualification
  • Drill down into lost leads — Click months with high "Lost" counts to understand which leads were lost and why
  • Compare months — Use the yearly view to spot seasonal patterns in lead generation and conversion
