Can I connect multiple WhatsApp numbers?
Each EzPulze account is connected to one WhatsApp Business Account (WABA). If you need multiple numbers, they should be added under the same WABA through Meta Business Manager.
Can I connect multiple Facebook Pages?
Yes. You can connect multiple Facebook Pages to receive Messenger conversations from all of them. Each page can be activated or deactivated independently.
Why can't I connect my Instagram account?
Make sure:
- Your Instagram account is a Business or Creator account (not Personal)
- Your Instagram account is linked to a Facebook Page
- You have admin access to the linked Facebook Page
What happens if I disconnect a channel?
Disconnecting a channel stops all message flow for that channel. Existing conversation history and contacts remain in EzPulze, but you won't be able to send or receive new messages until you reconnect.
Do I need separate subscriptions for each channel?
Channel availability depends on your EzPulze plan. Check Billing & Plans for details on which channels are included in your subscription.
How do I troubleshoot connection issues?
- Verify you have admin access to the Facebook Page or Instagram account
- Check that your Facebook login session hasn't expired
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting the channel
- Contact EzPulze support if the issue persists
