Instagram DM Configuration
Overview
Connect your Instagram Business Account to handle Instagram Direct Messages in EzPulze. Instagram DM connections work through your Facebook Page — your Instagram account must be linked to a Facebook Page first.
Prerequisites
Before connecting Instagram DM:
- Your Instagram account must be a Business or Creator account
- Your Instagram account must be linked to a Facebook Page
- You must have admin access to the linked Facebook Page
Connecting Instagram DM
- Go to Settings → Channel Configuration
- Click Connect Instagram
- Log in with your Facebook account
- Select the Facebook Page that is linked to your Instagram account
- Grant the required permissions
- Click Confirm
The Instagram account associated with the selected Facebook Page will be connected.

Managing the Connection
- Activate/Deactivate — Toggle to start or stop receiving Instagram DMs in EzPulze
- Disconnect — Remove the Instagram connection entirely

Instagram DM connections rely on the Facebook Page connection. If you disconnect the Facebook Page, the Instagram DM connection will also be affected.

- Respond quickly — Instagram users expect fast responses to DMs
- Keep your Facebook Page connected — Instagram DM depends on it
- Check connection status after any changes to your Facebook or Instagram account settings
