Profile Management

What is Profile Management?

Profile Management lets you view and edit your personal account details — update your name, contact information, and change your password.

How to get there

  1. Click your profile picture or avatar in the top-right corner of the page
  2. Select Profile from the dropdown menu

Viewing Your Profile

Your profile page shows:

NameYour full name as displayed across EzPulze
EmailYour login email address
RoleYour assigned role (Admin, Agent, etc.)
TeamThe team you belong to
DepartmentYour department

Editing Your Profile

  1. Click the Edit button on your profile page
  2. Update your details:
    • Name — Change your display name
    • Email — Update your email address (used for login)
  3. Click Save to apply changes

Changing Your Password

  1. On your profile page, click Change Password
  2. Enter your current password
  3. Enter your new password
  4. Confirm the new password
  5. Click Save
Password requirements
  • Minimum 8 characters
  • At least one uppercase letter
  • At least one lowercase letter
  • At least one number

Tips

  • Keep your email updated — It's used for login and password recovery
  • Use a strong password — Combine letters, numbers, and special characters
  • Change your password regularly — For security, update your password every few months
