Teams

Teams let you group your users into functional teams — like "Sales Team", "Support Team", or "Marketing Team". When you assign users to teams, you can filter chats, leads, and reports by team.

Deleting a team

Click Delete on a team, then confirm the deletion in the dialog.

info

Deleting a team does not delete the users in it — they remain in the system but lose their team assignment. You may want to reassign them to another team.

Tips

  • Keep team names short — They appear in filters, dropdowns, and chat assignments
  • Use teams for routing — In Chat, you can filter conversations by team to see only your team's chats
  • Deactivate instead of delete — If a team is no longer needed temporarily, set it to Inactive
