Message Tracking

The Message Tracking report gives you a detailed breakdown of every message sent through EzPulze — how many were submitted, sent, delivered, read, and failed. The data is grouped by month, and you can drill down to see daily and even contact-level details.

Tips

  • Track retry success — The Retry and Retry% columns show how effective automatic retries are at recovering from failures
  • Drill down to find issues — If a particular month shows high failure rates, drill down to the day level to identify when the issue occurred
  • Use message type filter — Filter by "Template" to see only broadcast-style messages, or "Interactive" for conversational messages
  • Watch the success rate — The Succ% column gives you a single number representing overall message delivery health
