Can I create or edit ad campaigns from EzPulze?

Currently, Ad Campaigns in EzPulze is focused on tracking and analytics. To create or edit campaigns, use Facebook Ads Manager. Your changes will be reflected in EzPulze after syncing.

How often is campaign data updated?

Campaign data is updated when you click the Sync button. There is no automatic real-time sync. We recommend syncing at least once daily for active campaigns.

Why don't I see my campaigns?

Make sure your Facebook Ad Account is connected through Channel Configuration. Only campaigns from connected ad accounts will appear.

Can I see Instagram ad performance?

Yes. Since Instagram ads are managed through Facebook Ads Manager, they appear as part of your Facebook campaigns in EzPulze. Ads with Instagram placements will show Instagram-specific metrics.

What date range does the data cover?

By default, the campaign list shows recent campaigns. Use the date range filter to view campaigns from a specific period.
