Follow-ups List

The follow-ups list is the main table on the Follow-ups page. It shows all follow-ups across your organization with their details, status, and available actions.

Click any sortable column header to sort the table. Click again to reverse the sort order.


Searching

Use the search bar to find follow-ups by contact name or mobile number. Results update as you type.

Filters

Narrow down your follow-ups using the filter options:

2. Capture all filter options — status, assigned agent, created by, follow-up date range, and next follow-up date range

FilterDescription
StatusFilter by follow-up status — Open, Closed, or Delayed
Assigned AgentShow only follow-ups assigned to a specific agent
Created ByShow only follow-ups created by a specific user
Follow-up DateFilter by the follow-up date range — pick a start and end date
Next Follow-up DateFilter by the next follow-up date range — pick a start and end date

Click Apply to update the table. Click Reset to clear all filters.


Status Badges

Each follow-up's status is displayed as a colored badge:

StatusBadge ColorMeaning
OpenGreenActive — needs attention
ClosedGrayCompleted — no further action
DelayedOrange/YellowPostponed — will be addressed later

Actions

The Edit action is available on follow-ups that are not closed. Click it to open the follow-up form and update the status, next follow-up date, or comments.

Closed follow-ups cannot be edited. If you need to follow up again with the same contact, create a new follow-up instead.


Mobile View

On smaller screens, follow-ups are displayed as cards instead of table rows, showing the key information and action buttons in a compact layout.


Pagination

At the bottom of the table, you can:

  • Navigate between pages using Previous and Next buttons
  • Choose how many follow-ups to show per page: 10, 25, 50, or 100

The default is 10 follow-ups per page.
