Leads
What are Leads?
Leads are potential customers who have shown interest in your business — typically by responding to a broadcast message, interacting through a campaign, or being identified during a chat conversation. The Leads page helps you track, qualify, and manage these potential customers through your sales pipeline.
Think of it as a lightweight CRM — you can see where each lead stands, assign agents to follow up, and move leads through stages from initial contact all the way to conversion.
2. Look at the left sidebar
3. Click on "Leads"

Leads are created automatically when contacts interact with your business through:
| Source | How it works |
|---|---|
| Broadcast campaigns | When you send a broadcast via Compose Message, recipients who respond can become leads |
| Chat conversations | Contacts who engage in chat may be flagged as leads |
| Integrations | Leads can come in through connected platforms |
Lead Status Pipeline
Each lead moves through stages as you work with them. Here's the typical journey:
New → Contacted → Qualifying → Qualified → Follow-up → Converted ✓
→ Lost ✗
→ Archived 📁
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| New | A fresh lead that hasn't been contacted yet |
| Contacted | You've reached out to the lead |
| Qualifying | The lead is being evaluated |
| Qualified | The lead meets your criteria and is worth pursuing |
| Follow-up | The lead needs further follow-up |
| Converted | The lead became a customer — success! |
| Lost | The lead is no longer interested or reachable |
| Archived | The lead has been set aside for now |
Each status is color-coded so you can quickly see where leads stand at a glance.
Converted, Lost, and Archived are final states. Once a lead reaches one of these, it becomes inactive — you can still view it, but you can't change its status or assign agents.
Qualification Methods
Leads can be qualified in two ways:
| Method | How it works |
|---|---|
| AI Qualification | The system automatically scores and qualifies leads based on their interactions |
| Manual Qualification | An agent manually reviews the lead and assigns a qualification score |
The qualification score ranges from 0 to 100, giving you a clear picture of how promising each lead is.
