Leads List

The leads list is the main table on the Leads page. It shows all your leads with their key information, status, and available actions.

Table Columns

1. Navigate to Leads
2. Make sure you have several leads in the list
3. Capture the full table showing all columns — checkbox, name, mobile, submitted date, broadcast, template, agent, qualification status, last modified, and actions

Qualification StatusYesCurrent status — color-coded (e.g., New, Contacted, Qualified, Converted)

Click any sortable column header to sort the table. Click again to reverse the sort order.


Searching Leads

Use the search bar at the top to find leads quickly. Type a name or number to filter the results.

Filters

Narrow down your leads list using the filter options:

2. Capture all filter options — date range picker, assigned agent dropdown, and lead status dropdown

FilterDescription
Date RangeFilter leads by their submitted date — pick a start and end date
Assigned AgentShow only leads assigned to a specific agent
Lead StatusShow only leads in a specific status (e.g., New, Qualified, Converted)

Click Apply to update the table with your filters. Click Reset to clear all filters.


Actions

Each lead row has an actions menu with the following options:

1. Click the actions menu (three-dot icon) on any active lead

Change StatusUpdate the lead's status and qualification score
Go to ChatJump to the Chat conversation with this contact

AssignAssign the lead to an agent
Inactive leads

Leads in a final state (Converted, Lost, or Archived) are considered inactive. For inactive leads:

  • The checkbox is disabled (no bulk actions)
  • Change Status, Follow Up, and Assign actions are not available
  • You can still View the lead and Go to Chat

Exporting Leads

Click the Export button to download your leads data. You have two options:

Bulk Actions

To perform actions on multiple leads at once:

  1. Use the checkboxes to select leads (inactive leads cannot be selected)
  2. A selection bar appears at the top
  3. Choose an action from the dropdown
  4. Confirm the action
tip

Use the checkbox in the header row to select all active leads on the current page.


Mobile View

On smaller screens, leads are displayed as cards instead of a table row. Each card shows the key lead information and action buttons.


Pagination

At the bottom of the table, you can:

  • Navigate between pages using Previous and Next buttons
  • Choose how many leads to show per page: 25, 50, or 100

The default is 25 leads per page.
