Follow-ups

What are Follow-ups?

Follow-ups help you track and schedule future interactions with your contacts. When you need to call someone back, send a follow-up WhatsApp message, or email a prospect next week, you create a follow-up to make sure it doesn't slip through the cracks.

Think of it as a task manager for customer conversations — you set a date, assign it to an agent, and the system helps you stay on top of your commitments.

Follow-up Types

Each follow-up has a type that indicates how you plan to reach out:

Follow-up Statuses

Follow-ups have three possible statuses, each shown as a colored badge:

Why use Follow-ups?

How to get there

  1. Log in to the portal
  2. In the left sidebar, click Follow-ups

You can also create follow-ups directly from:

  • The Leads page (using the Follow Up action on a lead)
  • The Chat page

Page layout

The Follow-ups page has these main areas:
