How do I create a lead form?

Lead forms are created in Facebook Ads Manager as part of a Lead Ad campaign. Once the form is live and connected to a page that's linked to EzPulze, the form and its submissions will appear after syncing.

Are leads imported automatically?

Leads are imported when you click Sync. There is no automatic real-time import. Sync frequently during active campaigns to capture leads promptly.

Can I respond to leads directly from EzPulze?

If the lead provided a phone number that matches a WhatsApp contact, you can message them through the Chat feature. Otherwise, use the contact details from the form to reach out via your preferred channel.

How far back does the lead data go?

Facebook retains lead form data for 90 days. Leads older than 90 days cannot be synced. Make sure to export your leads regularly.

Can I see which ad generated each lead?

The form list shows leads grouped by form. To see which specific ad or ad set drove each lead, check your campaign insights in Ad Campaigns.
