Catalog, SPM & MPM Templates

These template types let you showcase products from your connected product catalog directly in WhatsApp.

Requirement

Your product catalog must be connected to your WhatsApp Business Account before you can use these template types. Contact your administrator if you don't see your products.

Catalog Template

A Catalog template sends a message with a "View catalog" button. When the customer taps it, they can browse your entire product catalog within WhatsApp.

How to create:

1. Select Catalog as the Template Type
2. Write your body message (e.g., "Check out our latest collection!")
3. The "View catalog" button is automatically added — you don't need to create it
4. Submit the template

Best for:

• "Browse our full menu"
• "See all our products"
• "Check out what's new"

SPM (Single Product Message)

An SPM template highlights one specific product from your catalog. The product appears with its image, name, price, and description.

How to create:

1. Select SPM as the Template Type
2. Use the Product Picker to select one product from your catalog
3. The product image appears as the header automatically
4. Write your body message
5. A product view button is automatically added
6. Submit the template

MPM (Multi-Product Message)

An MPM template shows multiple products (up to 30) organized into sections. A "View items" button lets the customer browse through them.

How to create:

1. Select MPM as the Template Type
2. Create sections (e.g., "New Arrivals", "Best Sellers", "On Sale")
3. Use the Product Picker to add products to each section
4. Write your body message
5. The "View items" button is automatically added
6. Submit the template

Using the Product Picker

When creating SPM or MPM templates, the Product Picker dialog lets you:

1. Browse all products from your connected catalog
2. Search for specific products by name
3. Select products by clicking on them
4. For MPM: Organize selected products into sections
