Using the Template Library
The Template Library is a collection of pre-built templates that you can use as a starting point. Instead of writing everything from scratch, pick a ready-made template and customize it.
How to access the Template Library
- Go to Create Template page
- In the Basic Information section, click the Use Template Library button (top right)
- A dialog opens showing all available pre-built templates

The library dialog lets you:
Filter by Category
Choose to see only templates for a specific category:
- Marketing — Promotional templates
- Utility — Transactional templates
- Authentication — OTP templates
Filter by Language
Select a language to see templates available in that language.
Search
Type keywords to search for specific templates.
Preview
Each template in the library shows a preview so you can see the message content before selecting it.

- Browse or search for a template you like
- Click on it to select it
- The template's content is loaded into your creation form
- Customize it — change the name, modify the text, adjust variables
- Submit as usual

The Template Library is great for:
- Getting started quickly when you're not sure how to structure a message
- Finding inspiration for different types of messages
- Using professionally written message formats
Pre-built Template Suggestions
When filling in the Template Name field, you may also see name suggestions like:
order_confirmationwelcome_messagepayment_remindershipping_updateappointment_reminderaccount_verificationpassword_resetsubscription_renewaldelivery_notificationfeedback_request
These are just name suggestions — click on any to use it as your template name.
